Blurring (photography and/or 360 virtual tour)
- We automatically blur certain items during editing at no extra charge.
- If anything is missed for privacy or presentation reasons, please let us know.
- Examples include vehicle registration plates, faces and photographs on display.
Object Removal (photography edit)
- Remove specific items from a photo to protect privacy or present a clearer space (e.g. furniture, vehicles, other estate agents’ signs...)
- Small items (as a guide, something you could pick up, like a flower pot or shampoo bottle) - £8 per image (up to 3 items)
- Large items (e.g. a vehicle in the driveway, items of furniture, or multiple items in one go) - £15 per object or item
- Object removal is not available for 360 Virtual Tour images due to the spherical nature of the images
Decluttering (photography edit)
- A more general "virtual clean-up" of a room or space, removing unwanted "clutter," junk or debris from a photo (e.g. toys in a child's bedroom or rubble and materials in a room undergoing renovations...)
- Flat fee for any decluttering - £10 per image
- Declutter is not available for 360 Virtual Tour images due to the spherical nature of the images
