Coloured floor plan styling - £18 per floor plan
Additional or non-standard features requiring additional editing – £15 per floor plan
Examples of additional or non-standard features may include smoke and heat detectors, fire extinguishers, fire exits and other property-specific markings

A single floor plan showing the overall layout of a building, created from individual floor plans of separate flats, units or areas.
This is an additional charge, on top of the standard 2D Floor Plan price:
1–2 bedrooms – £20
3–4 bedrooms – £25
5–7 bedrooms – £35
8–9 bedrooms – £55
10+ bedrooms – Price on request
Where access to the building as a whole is not possible during a single visit, individual floor plans may be combined to produce an overall building plan. The above charges cover the additional editing and processing required.

This is an additional charge, on top of the standard 2D or 3D Floor Plan price:
5,001–7,500 sq ft – 2D £30 / 3D £65
7,501–10,000 sq ft – 2D £60 / 3D £135
Over 10,000 sq ft – 2D £90 / 3D £200
Larger properties require additional time and processing and may take up to 48 hours to complete. Where the property size is not known in advance, any applicable large property fee will be confirmed once measurements have been established
