Terms of Service
All bookings are made on the understanding that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
ARBIS Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with any part of your media package, simply let us know within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a complimentary revision where possible.
- If you're still not satisfied after the revision, we’ll provide a full refund.
Payment Terms
- You will be invoiced after all media has been delivered. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
- For payment by bank transfer, ARBIS Real Estate Media bank account details are provided on your invoice.
Pricing
- Prices listed are not subject to VAT (so the price listed is the price you pay).
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
- Packages consisting of multiple products/services are charged per property and are to be completed at the time of visit to the property.
- Turnaround time is 24 hours for most services (48 hours for 3D Renders and Virtual Staging), but if processing is completed earlier then your images will be delivered as soon as they are ready.
- Faster delivery times for some services are available for an additional charge which varies per service item (please do ask at the time of your booking if this is available for your order).
- Images and files are delivered via WeTransfer (very simple and straightforward to use!).
Travel and Areas Covered
- ARBIS Real Estate Media is based in N16, North London, and primarily services the Greater London area. Locations outside this area may be considered.
- Travel within one hour of N16 is included at no additional cost (calculated using Google Maps, Apple Maps, TFL Journey Planner, or CityMapper).
- Travel times exceeding one hour from N16 will incur an additional charge of £25 per 30-minute time block (each way), calculated from the one-hour point and rounded to the nearest 30 minutes. (Example: 1h 15m = £50 total | 1h 45m = £100 total).
Delivery and Turnaround Times
- Turnaround time is typically 24 hours unless otherwise stated. If processing is completed sooner, your images will be delivered as soon as they are ready.
- Faster delivery times are available for certain services at an additional charge, which varies by service. Please ask at the time of booking if this is available for your order.
- Images and files are delivered via WeTransfer or TransferNow, both of which are simple and straightforward to use.
Weather Concerns
- Weather conditions can be unpredictable and may impact the quality of photography, particularly for exterior images. ARBIS Real Estate Media reserves the right to determine whether conditions are suitable to proceed.
- If weather conditions are deemed unsuitable, or if continuing would risk equipment or compromise the quality of the final media, the appointment will be rescheduled at the earliest convenient time at no additional cost.
- Where a shoot proceeds at the client’s request despite unfavourable weather conditions, ARBIS Real Estate Media cannot guarantee optimal results and accepts no responsibility for any impact on the final images.
Re-Shoots
- If we (ARBIS) have made an error or omission in an assignment, a re-shoot will be arranged free of charge.
- After your shoot is completed, even with careful planning, you may feel a different furniture layout, garden setup, or overall style would better suit the property. In this case, a re-shoot can be arranged at a convenient time, with a 10% discount on the original assignment price.
- These terms apply to all services.
Cancellations and Access
- Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the original assignment price.
- If a property cannot be accessed at the scheduled time (for example, due to access issues, keys not working, or a contact not being present), the booking will be treated as a late cancellation. A re-visit can be arranged and will be charged at 75% of the original assignment price.
- If we are unable to proceed with the booking due to an issue on our side, no charge will be made, and a new appointment will be arranged at no additional cost.
Copyright and Usage
- All work remains the copyrighted intellectual property of ARBIS Real Estate Media.
- Copyright is not transferable. The client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the images and media solely for the purpose of marketing the specific property for which the media has been created.
- Use of any images or media for any purpose other than marketing the specified property is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from ARBIS Real Estate Media.
- Images and media may not be re-sold, transferred, or used in connection with any other property without written consent.
- Use of images or media by third parties (including, but not limited to, property portals, contractors, developers, or other agents) requires prior written permission from ARBIS Real Estate Media.
- Editing, alteration, or manipulation of images or media (other than standard cropping) is not permitted without prior written approval from ARBIS Real Estate Media.
- ARBIS Real Estate Media retains the right to use all images and media for its own promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to websites, portfolios, galleries, print media, advertising, social media, and email marketing.
- We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive or confidential information. Property addresses or identifying details will be excluded from any promotional use if this is requested in writing prior to the assignment.
Limitation of Liability
- ARBIS Real Estate Media shall not be held liable for any legal action, claim, loss, or damages arising from the publication, use, or distribution of the photographs or other media created to market a property.
- All media is produced for marketing and promotional purposes only. While every care is taken to present the property accurately, ARBIS Real Estate Media does not guarantee that images, floor plans, or other materials are free from minor errors, omissions, or variations, and they should not be relied upon for legal, surveying, or technical purposes.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is presented as intended at the time of the shoot, including styling, cleanliness, and the removal of any items they do not wish to appear. ARBIS Real Estate Media accepts no responsibility for any unintended items or details captured within the final media.
- ARBIS Real Estate Media shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including (but not limited to) loss of sales, revenue, or business opportunity arising from the use of the media.
- In all circumstances, liability (if any) shall be limited to the total amount paid for the original assignment.
